Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on all orders of $89 or more within Canada.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is processed within 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) from the validation of your order (except in circumstances preventing delivery, such as unavailability), for payment by bank card.
Your order will be delivered by Canada Post Tracking within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) following its processing by us.
All orders placed before noon (12 pm) from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the same day (excluding Christmas period, special offers, etc.)
What delivery methods are offered?
We have chosen the Canada Post Tracking service for the delivery of your orders.
How do I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?
