I created and patented the Aromaparfumerie® concept in 2014. This formulation is based on the combination of Aromatherapy and Fine Perfumery. Each Aimée de Mars perfume-skincare product is composed of an active core of 21 natural Essential Oils combined with Aimée Spring Water, which is natural and vibrant.

Essential oils are chosen according to their virtues, known and recognized in Aromatherapy, but also according to their vibrational rate.

The first perfumes created were not certified. Indeed, we prioritized longevity and sillage by retaining a small synthetic component.

In 7 years, we have progressed and developed a "house blend" based on essential oils which allows us to ensure better longevity for our 100% natural perfumes.

Thus, since 2020, all new perfumes are COSMOS NATURAL certified.

We have chosen to retain the possibility of formulating with absolutes (e.g. Jasmine, Tonka Bean, Benzoin…) which are permitted in the Cosmos Natural specifications and not Cosmos Bio.

It is an ecological and ethical approach based on a common desire to promote a mode of consumption based on 4 main criteria: intelligent, reasonable, ecological and humane.

It is also an international advocacy organization that awards the “Slow Cosmetics Award” to brands committed to more authentic beauty. Aimée de Mars has been a Slow Cosmetics award winner since 2014.

Aimée de Mars perfumes have been formulated to be non-photosensitizing (no reaction to sunlight). They all comply with IFRA 49 formulation, which guarantees the responsible and consistent use of essential oils.

For example, the photosensitizing molecule, bergaptene, can be isolated from bergamot essential oil without altering its properties. Therefore, one can enjoy bergamot and sunshine with complete peace of mind.

Yes! Aimée de Mars perfumes have been formulated in accordance with IFRA regulations, which require adherence to specific percentages of raw materials and essential oils. They are therefore compliant and pose no risk to pregnant women. Furthermore, we naturally do not use any reprotoxic essential oils.

All our perfumes are formulated without endocrine disruptors, according to current scientific knowledge. Three-quarters of conventional perfumes contain endocrine disruptors.
